Principal and Founder

Kyla is a licensed CPA in Canada and is a member of CMC Canada. Kyla combines her love for and expertise in business, numbers, and technology to become your strategic business advisor while she and her team efficiently and accurately takes the administrative details off your plate.
Kyla has over a decade of experience as CFO, Director, and Consultant, working with small and mid-market organizations. Kyla works with companies in the private and non-profit sectors including seafood, tourism, real estate, technology, logistics and indigenous organizations. She specializes in leading and developing accounting and finance teams, working with business owners to solve complex business issues, project implementation and change management. Kyla has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, and became certified as a CPA, CMA in 2009.
Outside of work, Kyla enjoys outdoor activities with her family and is passionate about traveling, hiking, cycling, and meditating.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Royal Roads University and has had an extensive career in various industries including Tourism, Private and Public Sector, including an Investment Management Organization. She is passionate about creating clear and concise communication materials, educating individuals and organizations, chairing meetings and public speaking. She loves to contribute to a healthy organizational culture and develop genuine relationships with clients. She has over 15 years’ experience working in client centered roles and enjoys continuous learning and education. She is currently completing her post graduate diploma in Public Relations at UVic.
